Christopher Mark

A hospitality veteran with a career spanning more than three decades, Chris managed luxury hotel culinary operations before launching multiple award-winning restaurants groups. Most recently as Co-founder & Culinary Director at Black Sheep Restaurants, he spearheaded the concept development and culinary direction of all 35+ venues within the group from ultra-premium dining destinations to dynamic neighbourhood establishments.

Vidur Yadav

An EHL alumni, Vidur developed his skills managing operations, openings, business development and brand management for Black Sheep Restaurants, leading projects such as Canton Disco at The Shanghai EDITION. Founding Indian Street food brand, Bengal Brothers, Vidur developed his skills as an entrepreneur and ensures

the coherent strategic direction and integration of Audace’s concepts within our partner hotels.
